CHEDDARY GARLIC MASHED POTATOES:

Ingredients:
- 3 cups hot mashed potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ cups Crispy Fried Onions

- Heat mashed potatoes, sour cream, 1 cup cheese and garlic in saucepan. Stir until cheese melts.
- Spoon into a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with ½ cup cheese and Crispy Fried Onions.
- Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees F or until hot and golden.
Makes 6 servings.
Tip: Prepare instant mashed potatoes for 6 servings. |
